Ātma climbing coach Tiba Vroom recently started as the new head coach of regional youth climbing team TOC Limburg. Here, she can use her experience as a coach, as well as her experience from being a competition climber for many years herself. This gives her the opportunity to share her knowledge and enthusiasm with the next generation of ambitious climbers. It also gives Tiba new ways to develop her coaching skills and broaden her knowledge about the sport.

Tiba has taken over the role of head coach from Paul Lahaye, who has invested much time and effort in building and guiding the team over the past years. TOC Limburg is part of the Limburg Climbing foundation and is supported by the National Climbing Federation (NKBV) as part of their multi-year talent development program. Working together with these organizations means we can build a solid base for talent development in The Netherlands, share knowledge and learn and grow from each other.
