Return your Order

If you placed an order over €75/£100, ĀTMA takes in charge the shipping return:

If you have changed your mind after you have received your order, or if you are not satisfied with the products you received, you can return them within 30 (thirty) calendar days of delivery of the products and get a refund. This is a right of withdrawal that you can exercise without penalty and without giving any reason.

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, you will be fully reimbursed apart from shipping costs for express delivery, if you had chosen this shipping method.

We do not offer exchanges, but we invite you to place a new order to purchase another size or colour if wanted.

Please note that the products are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Make sure they are packed up properly and do not get damaged on their way to us.

Once the returned product(s) have been received and processed by us, you will get a confirmation e-mail and your order will be refunded as soon as possible via the method of payment used to place the order.

Please note that we do not take back any products that are damaged, worn, soiled or incomplete.
