• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
• Items returned in a damaged or incomplete state (including stains, signs of wear, or missing tags) will not be accepted.
• Returns are processed within a few working days of receipt. You’ll receive a confirmation email, and your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

You are responsible for the condition of the product until it reaches us, so please make sure it is securely packaged.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, color, or item, simply place a new order.

This return policy includes your legal right of withdrawal under EU and UK law. If you exercise this right within 14 days of receiving your order, we will refund the full amount, including standard shipping costs.
Please note: if you selected express or non-standard delivery, the additional shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
