Track your Order

Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details. As soon as your items are packed and shipped, we’ll send you a second email with a tracking link, so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Orders are usually shipped within 3–5 business days from our base in the Netherlands. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number from our delivery partner (e.g. PostNL, DHL, UPS), depending on your location. If you haven’t received your tracking link after 5 business days, please check your spam folder first, and then feel free to contact us at info@atmaclimbing.com

We deliver worldwide. Please note that delivery times vary depending on your country and local customs processes. Some international shipments may take 7–15 working days after dispatch.
